Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To honor both your time and our providers', we ask that all clients review and acknowledge our cancellation policy prior to treatment.

  • Cancellations and reschedules must be made 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that most medical aesthetic practices and other areas of the service industry require 24–48 hours notice. Our 12-hour window is provided as a courtesy.

Fees are charged to the card on file and must be settled before booking future appointments.

  • Certain treatments require a deposit at booking. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • PRP/PRF and PRF Gel appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule due to the length and preparation involved in these appointments.
  • Deposits are fully applied toward your service when proper notice is given.
  • Medical emergencies or sudden illness — we understand. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Exceptions are granted at the discretion of Simply Injectables and are not guaranteed.
  • Documentation may be requested in certain circumstances.
  • Please notify us if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or reschedule at provider discretion.
  • Appointments that cannot be completed due to late arrival are subject to the late cancellation fee.
