2. Health Information
As a medical practice, any health history, treatment records, photos, or clinical notes you share with your provider are maintained as part of your confidential patient record and are handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available at your request or in our office, not under this website Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy covers information collected through our website, marketing, and general business communications only.
Before and after photos are used in marketing only with your separate written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

- Financing partners, such as PatientFi and Allē (Allergan), if you apply for financing or enroll in a rewards program, subject to that partner’s own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
- Legal and safety purposes, if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Simply Injectables, our patients, or others.
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Text Messages and Marketing Communications
If you provide your phone number or email, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and, if you consent, promotional messages and referral program updates. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, and marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message. Opting out of marketing does not affect service-related communications necessary to complete an appointment you’ve requested.
Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
