Leighton Smith
Nurse Practitioner / Owner
Leighton, a master injector and co-owner of Simply Injectables, is an exceptionally skilled Nurse Practitioner who specializes in cosmetic dermatology treatments, including fillers, bio-stimulators(PRF, Sculptra, Radiesse) Botox/Dysport, and Kybella, in Denver, CO. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, she has been living in Colorado since 2014. Leighton attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree in Child and Family Development and went on to the University of Alabama at Birmingham to obtain her Master’s in Nursing. She is a board-certified Aesthetic and Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
With over 8 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, Leighton joined Simply Injectables in 2021 and underwent intensive training with Richard Kratzenberg to perfect her injection technique. As part of a top ranked clinic U.S. for Botox and fillers, Leighton has performed thousands of neurotoxin and filler injections; she has received raving reviews from her loyal clients.
Leighton actively attends quarterly hands-on training sessions with board-certified dermatologists and plastic surgeons to further refine her injectables techniques. Her expertise contributes to Simply Injectables being a top 250 Allergan provider, a prestigious recognition in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Seeing over 20 patients a day for Botox, Dysport, lip fillers, cheek fillers, and other treatments, Leighton is a master of her craft. Her focus on providing natural results ensures that clients feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment they walk into the office. She takes the time to answer questions and address concerns, working closely with each client to create a personalized plan that caters to their needs.
In her personal time, Leighton enjoys spending time with her husband and son. They love to travel, ski, camp, and hike together. Leighton has a springer spaniel (Nola) and a husky(Oso) who also love going on adventures with the family.

Richard Kratzenberg, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Richard is a board-certified Physician Assistant trained under B.J. Carolan, M.D. He holds a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Microbiology from the University of Rhode Island.
He is known for his expertise in cosmetic dermatology and injectable treatments, contributing to his clinic earning Allergan’s prestigious “Top 250” award—placing them in the top 1% of practices nationwide. Richard remains committed to ongoing education, regularly training with leading experts in dermatology and plastic surgery to deliver the most advanced, effective treatments.
Priscilla Baber, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Priscilla joined Simply Injectables in 2023, and we are beyond lucky to have her!
Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
After a decade of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, Priscilla transitioned to pain management in 2021. Her background in pain management has enabled her to develop a soft, precise technique with dry needling, which she now applies to cosmetic Botox and aesthetic treatments.
Under the guidance of Richard Kratzenberg and Leighton Smith, Priscilla has received extensive hands-on training with the Simply Injectables formula, ensuring consistent and exceptional results for our patients. As a nurse practitioner at our clinic, she is committed to providing comprehensive care, skillfully performing cosmetic Botox and aesthetic treatments while utilizing her gentle dry needling technique for patient comfort and satisfaction.
In Priscilla’s downtime, she enjoys spending time with friends, eating good food and trying new recipes. Priscilla and her husband started out as high school sweethearts and have been married for 20 years! She is a proud parent of two amazing kids and a lifelong cat lover(they have 3!).
Amberlyn Miyaki, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Amberlyn is a board certified family nurse practitioner with over eight years of experience in critical care, bringing her clinical expertise and compassionate touch to the world of medical aesthetics. After nearly a decade in the ICU, Amberlyn was inspired to transition into aesthetics with a mission to help clients feel empowered, confident, and beautiful in their own skin.
Amberlyn’s approach to injectables focuses on enhancing natural beauty— subtle, refined, and personalized results that align with each client’s unique features and goals. Known for her warm and friendly demeanor, she takes pride in building trust with her clients and making every visit a comfortable and positive experience.
Originally from Florida, Amber now calls Colorado home and loves soaking up its vibrant summers. When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys weightlifting, exploring Denver’s food scene, chasing around her two-year-old son and three dogs with her husband. She also loves traveling the world.
Kim Clonts, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Kim is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in patient care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia and a Master of Science degree from the University of Colorado. She began her career in general surgery, where she spent a decade developing a strong clinical foundation before transitioning into plastic and reconstructive surgery. Kim has been performing Botox and dermal filler injections for over a decade.
Her philosophy centers on enhancing each client’s natural beauty with subtle, balanced results. Kim’s goal is for her clients to look refreshed, confident, and glowing, never overdone.
Kim is excited to join the team at Simply Injectables and to bring her experience and passion for aesthetics to the community. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her two hockey-playing kids, skiing, and playing pickleball.
Sandra, FNP
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Sandra is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of diverse clinical experience in emergency medicine, specialty procedures, and medical oncology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2022.
After years of practicing in multiple academic hospital settings, Sandra transitioned into aesthetic medicine in 2024, where she found her passion for helping individuals feel confident and elevated through aesthetic-focused treatments. Her background has shaped her ability to build strong, patient-centered relationships, creating an experience that feels both comfortable and highly supportive.
She is deeply committed to excellence in her craft, with a strong emphasis on safety, achieving natural, balanced results, and ongoing education. She has pursued multiple dedicated trainings with leading aesthetic medicine experts, including an aesthetic injector mentorship program, with a continued focus on safe practices and anatomy while advancing her skillset in injectable treatments. Her experience includes skilled techniques in neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulators, and PRF, allowing her to design thoughtful treatment plans that help each patient achieve their desired aesthetic goals.
Sandra is originally from California and now lives in Colorado with her husband, who is from the area. She is a proud dog and cat mom. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and recipes, a solid skincare routine, and spending meaningful time with friends and family near and far.
Michael Ianotti
Medical Director
Michael R. Iannotti, MD is our Medical Director, Board Certified in Family Medicine and extensively trained in medical grade aesthetic consultations and procedures. Dr. Iannotti delegates his licensure and authority to practice to the contractors/employees, licensed and unlicensed, of this aesthetic spa, so he/she may provide services to you today, such that the licensed and unlicensed persons are trained and certified and delegated authority by a licensed Physician.
