Richard Kratzenberg is a highly skilled and experienced Physician Assistant with over 10 years of expertise in injectable cosmetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers. With offices in Rhode Island and Denver, CO, his clinics are ranked among the top 100 out of 40,000 clinics that provide Botox and filler injections with Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic. This prestigious ranking showcases Richard’s commitment to excellence in the field of aesthetic medicine.
He received his post-graduate training from esteemed board-certified physicians in dermatology and anesthesiology and later managed dermatology offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn, New York City. In 2012, Richard relocated to Denver, CO, and played a pivotal role in transforming a local medical spa into one of the most successful injectable clinics in the United States. As the founder of Simply Injectables in 2014, he is dedicated to delivering quality, affordable, and expert cosmetic injections that achieve a natural, youthful appearance.
Richard is a board-certified Physician Assistant under the supervision of B.J. Carolan, M.D., a physician board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, and Critical Care Medicine. He graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Rhode Island.
Currently residing in the Northeast, Richard flies to Denver monthly to personally see his loyal patients, maintaining a client list of over 1,000 individuals in Denver who are strictly loyal to his expertise. When he is not in town, his highly trained staff, Priscilla and Leighton, who hold degrees as Nurse Practitioners, provide the Simply Injectables touch. They have been personally trained by Richard to reproduce his techniques, creating a consistent environment for his patients.
His dedication to staying at the forefront of his field led to his clinics receiving the prestigious “Top 250” award from Allergan. This award is among the highest recognitions an aesthetic practice can achieve, placing Simply Injectables in the top 1% of all practices across the nation providing botox and filler injections. Leighton Smith
Nurse Practitioner
Leighton, a master injector and co-owner of ] Simply Injectables, is an exceptionally skilled Nurse Practitioner who specializes in cosmetic dermatology treatments, including fillers, bio-stimulators(PRF, Sculptra, Radiesse) Botox/Dysport, and Kybella, in Denver, CO. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, she has been living in Colorado since 2014. Leighton attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree in Child and Family Development and went on to the University of Alabama at Birmingham to obtain her Master’s in Nursing. She is a board-certified Aesthetic and Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
With over 8 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, Leighton joined Simply Injectables in 2021 and underwent intensive training with Richard Kratzenberg to perfect her injection technique. As part of a top ranked clinic U.S. for Botox and fillers, Leighton has performed thousands of neurotoxin and filler injections; she has received raving reviews from her loyal clients.
Leighton actively attends quarterly hands-on training sessions with board-certified dermatologists and plastic surgeons to further refine her injectables techniques. Her expertise contributes to Simply Injectables being a top 250 Allergan provider, a prestigious recognition in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Seeing over 20 patients a day for Botox, Dysport, lip fillers, cheek fillers, and other treatments, Leighton is a master of her craft. Her focus on providing natural results ensures that clients feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment they walk into the office. She takes the time to answer questions and address concerns, working closely with each client to create a personalized plan that caters to their needs.
In her personal time, Leighton enjoys spending time with her husband and son. They love to travel, ski, camp, and hike together. Leighton has a springer spaniel (Nola) and a husky(Oso) who also love going on adventures with the family.

Priscilla Baber, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Priscilla joined Simply Injectables in 2023, and we are beyond lucky to have her!
Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
After a decade of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, Priscilla transitioned to pain management in 2021. Her background in pain management has enabled her to develop a soft, precise technique with dry needling, which she now applies to cosmetic Botox and aesthetic treatments.
Under the guidance of Richard Kratzenberg and Leighton Smith, Priscilla has received extensive hands-on training with the Simply Injectables formula, ensuring consistent and exceptional results for our patients. As a nurse practitioner at our clinic, she is committed to providing comprehensive care, skillfully performing cosmetic Botox and aesthetic treatments while utilizing her gentle dry needling technique for patient comfort and satisfaction.
In Priscilla’s downtime, she enjoys spending time with friends, eating good food and trying new recipes. Priscilla and her husband started out as high school sweethearts and have been married for 20 years! She is a proud parent of two amazing kids and a lifelong cat lover(they have 3!).
